Order Placement

  • Advance Notice: Catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to the required delivery or pick-up time. This ensures we have sufficient time to prepare your order to our high standards. However, we accept same-day orders and can accommodate most of them, depending on material/supplies needed.

  • Order Confirmation: All orders will be confirmed via email or phone. Please review your confirmation for accuracy.
     

Order Finalization and Modifications

  • Final Sale: All catering orders are final upon placement. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

  • Modifications: Adjustments to your catering order can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Modifications are not permitted after this period.
     

Deposits

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total order cost is required at the time of placement. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to commence preparations.
     

Payment Methods

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash and credit/debit card payments. Please note that gift cards are not accepted for catering orders.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pick-up of your order.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will receive a full refund, excluding the 20% deposit.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.
     

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • Notification: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement. We strive to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
     

Liability for Errors

  • Order Review: It is the customer's responsibility to review the order confirmation for accuracy. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately within receiving the confirmation. We are not liable for errors reported beyond this timeframe.
     

Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery Details: Accurate delivery details must be provided at the time of order placement. Additional delivery fees may apply based on location.

  • Pick-Up Timing: For pick-up orders, please arrive at the designated time to ensure the freshness and quality of your order.

  • Delivery Fees may be applied to your order based on the size of the order and distance for delivery
     

Event Setup and Cleanup

  • Setup Services: Our catering service offers setup at your event location upon request. Setup fees are customized based on the size and complexity of your event. Cleanup services are also available upon request and may incur additional charges.
