Panini Bistro - Matawan, NJ Grand Opening

Panini Bistro has officially opened its second New Jersey location on August 23, 2021, at 745 NJ-34 in Matawan. The opening marked an early and deliberate step in the brand's expansion — a signal that what started as one location had the legs to grow into something more.

The Matawan location brings the full Panini Bistro menu to central Monmouth County: gourmet pressed paninis, hot and cold subs, burgers, wraps, salads, wings, breakfast, and desserts.
